Minichamps has released a 143 replica of Lewis Hamiltons McLaren MP422 in which he scored his first Formula 1 victory. The McLaren that raced that day featured the new bridge front wing and endplates, and a new rear wing that was part of the aero package for the Canadian GP. To replicate these features accurately, Minichamps have had to do some re-tooling which has subsequently meant a slightly higher price than normal. The model is a limited edition of 9999 pieces worldwide.
