After a short pre-flight briefing, don a Biggles-style flying jacket before climbing into the cockpit of a vintage De Havilland Tiger Moth or 1930s Stampe SV4. The Tiger Moth is the quintessential English biplane, with the Stampe being the Belgian equivalent and all models have been lovingly restored. Feel the rush of the wind from the open cockpit and enjoy sectacular views as your pilot puts the plane through a series of exciting manoeuvres (subject to weather conditions and at the pilot's discretion). You'll also have the opportunity to take the controls yourself and discover the sensation that has made generations of flyers fall in love with these lively little planes. Back on terra firma, some venues even include a flight certificate for you to take home.

This limited edition Hanhart chronograph watch was a favourite with German pilots in the 1930s. Known for its accuracy and reliability it became an indispensable tool for professional flyers and was standard issue for German fighter pilots during the war. With its automatic Valjeux Kaliber movement, the watch has a stainless steel case, a fluted rotary bezel and a screw-on back cover. It is also waterproof to 100 metres. A favourite of Steve McQueens when in motorcycle competition, this edition is limited to 64 pieces as a tribute to the rider and movie icon. This limited edition watch has a black face and brown strap with a matching slip over wide strap. This style of strap was very popular in the 1960s and McQueen has been pictured wearing his Hanhart in this configuration.
